I feel burned out, tired, and emotionally flat even after sleeping. What should I do?

For months I have been working long hours and staying on my phone late at night. Now I feel tired all the time, emotionally numb, and I do not enjoy things I used to like. Even on weekends I do not feel fully rested. I am not sure if this is just stress, depression, or burnout. How should I approach this and when should I seek help?
