I feel constantly worried, but I still finish my work. Is this high-functioning anxiety?

I look fine at work and people think I am very productive, but inside I am always tense and overthinking every task. I replay conversations in my head, I struggle to relax after office hours, and even when I complete my work I feel like it was not good enough. I sleep okay on some nights but most of the time I wake up thinking about deadlines. How do I know if this is anxiety and what can I do about it?

What you are describing is very consistent with high-functioning anxiety, where outward performance hides persistent internal distress. The goal is not to reduce your ability to work, but to reduce the constant fear-driven pressure behind it. A psychologist can help you with cognitive restructuring, boundary setting, and stress regulation skills, and if sleep or physical symptoms are worsening, a fuller mental health evaluation is appropriate.
