Resting pulse stays near 95. Is that normal?

My smartwatch shows resting pulse around 92 to 98 most days. I sleep late and drink coffee twice daily, but I do not have severe symptoms. Sometimes I feel slightly anxious and warm. Should I worry about this heart rate or monitor it at home first?

A resting pulse in the 90s can happen from stress, poor sleep, caffeine, deconditioning, fever, or thyroid issues. Track your pulse under consistent conditions for one to two weeks and reduce caffeine while improving sleep. If rate remains high or you develop chest pain, faintness, or breathlessness, get a clinical exam with ECG and basic labs.
